I grew up in the Midwest with big dreams and a relentless work ethic, the kind that taught me early on the value of grit, community, and showing up for people. Over the last 25 years, my career has taken me across the country and into boardrooms where the stakes were high: billion-dollar mergers, global brand campaigns, and leading teams through moments of both triumph and turbulence.

I loved the challenge and the impact. But what lit me up the most wasn’t the headlines or the big wins. It was helping people see their own potential and rise into it. Whether it was mentoring an executive through a critical presentation or guiding a team to find their collective voice, I realized my true purpose was less about the work itself and more about the people behind it.

That realization became the turning point in my career. Today, as a leadership coach, I bring the same strategic insight and storytelling skills I honed in the corporate world, but pair them with something deeper: empathy, authenticity, and a belief that leadership does not have to come at the cost of yourself.
